1 · Who we are and what these terms cover

We are The GEO Agency Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17123993 ("we", "us"). These terms cover Aurora, our AI visibility software: the free check and the Aurora plan (the "plan") at aurorasees.com and app.aurorasees.com, for the business you enter ("you").

The check and the plan are for businesses, not consumers. By using them you confirm you are acting for a business that you own or are authorised to act for. By running the free check, signing in or subscribing, you accept these terms.

Our agency services (The Signal™, The Momentum™, The Build™ and others) are covered by our separate Terms of Service, not these.

2 · The free check

• The free check puts 3 questions your customers might ask to the AI engines we check (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews), once, and shows you what they said. It costs nothing and needs no card.
• To keep it free for everyone, each website can have one new free check a day and each connection a few a day. We may pause free checks for a while if demand is unusually high.
• A free check is one check on one day. AI answers change from run to run and between people.

3 · What the plan includes

The plan costs £247 a month for one business. It includes:

• 25 of your customers' questions, checked every day on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews
• Your brief: your business, customer types, services, rivals and tone of voice, drafted from your website for you to confirm, and changeable any time
• Every answer saved word for word with its date, and your full history
• Who AI recommends instead of you, and the websites it relies on
• Reputation & Trust and SEO & Technical, each scored every month
• Priority fixes, step by step, with new fixes added when a daily check finds something new, and a check on whether each fix is in place
• Up to 6 page drafts a month, each a researched brief and a full page written in your approved tone, for questions where AI recommended someone else
• An email when something important changes

The plan is software that runs automatically. No person reviews each result before you see it. Press, PR and link building are not part of the plan; The GEO Agency offers those separately.

We may improve or change how the plan works, as long as what you pay for is not reduced. If an AI engine stops allowing checks, we will tell you and, where we can, replace it with the nearest equivalent.

4 · What we do not promise

AI engines are run by other companies and change constantly. We measure honestly and show you the evidence, but we do not and cannot promise that any AI engine will mention, recommend or rank your business, or any particular commercial result.

When an engine does not answer, or something cannot be checked, we show it as not checked and leave it out of your score rather than counting it against you. Our obligation is to provide the plan with reasonable skill and care.

5 · Price, payment and VAT

• The plan is £247 a month, in pounds sterling, paid in advance by card: first on the day you subscribe, then every month on the same date.
• The GEO Agency Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. If that changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before any VAT is charged.
• We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we will try again. If it still fails, we may pause the daily checks until payment is made.

6 · Cancelling

• There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time from Manage billing in your account.
• Cancelling stops future payments. Your plan, dashboard and history stay available until the end of the month you have paid for.
• We do not refund part months.

7 · Fair use

• One plan covers one business. Please do not share your sign-in, resell the results, or use scripts or automated tools to run checks.
• Each account has a monthly allowance for the AI checks that run on it. Normal use stays well within it. If an account reaches it, extra checks pause until the next month and we will tell you.

8 · Your side

• Give accurate details about your business, and only confirm profiles (such as review or directory pages) that belong to it.
• Our fixes are recommendations. You decide whether to make them, and you are responsible for changes you or your web person make to your website and profiles.

9 · Page drafts

• Page drafts are written by AI software from your brief, your website and public sources. They are drafts: read them, check every fact, and where a draft says [ADD SOURCE], add a source or remove the claim before you publish.
• The drafts we write for you are yours to use, edit and publish as you wish. We do not publish anything on your behalf.
• You are responsible for what you publish, including any rules that apply to advertising in your industry.
• Your monthly allowance is 6 drafts. Unused drafts do not carry over to the next month. A draft that fails is not counted.

10 · Your data and ours

• Your business details, brief, questions and results are yours. You let us use them to provide the check and the plan.
• AI answers are written by the engines, not by us, and are shown to you as the engines gave them.
• Our software, methods, scoring and design remain ours.
• Both of us comply with UK GDPR. We process a small amount of personal data (your name and email) to provide the service, using carefully chosen service providers for payments, hosting, email and analysis, each bound to protect it. We never sell data. Our privacy policy, linked at the foot of this page, explains how we handle personal data in full.
• When your access ends, we delete your personal data within 90 days unless you ask us to do it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.

11 · Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or revenue), and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We are not responsible for what AI engines say.

12 · Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, or if payment is not made. We may also stop offering the plan by giving you at least 30 days’ notice, and we will refund the unused part of your current month.

13 · General

We may update these terms by giving you at least 30 days’ notice; continuing to use the plan after that means you accept the update. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
